Metin Atmaca

Ph.D.

Academic Profile

Received his undergraduate degree on the political sciences at the University of Ankara, master’s degree on the Middle East History at the University of Texas at Austin and doctoral degree on the Ottoman and Iranian history from the University of Freiburg. He was a guest researcher at Bilkent, Boğaziçi and Damascus universities and a post-doctoral fellow at CETOBaC at EHESS. He is currently an assistant professor at the Social Sciences University of Ankara.
